Screwfix at Stadium Way

Over the last few weeks we have been working on the Stadium Way units in Reading. Alongside applying industrial paint systems across the site, a seemingly more difficult task was that of the roller shutter door at Screwfix. The first hurdle is the fact that this branch was already operating and operating 7 days a week, meaning no days off to be able to spray. The second major hurdle was the time of year, with the winter months offering undesirable conditions for most paint systems. Despite the difficulties, the devoted team at Intercity Contractors managed to get the job done to a high quality by working well into the dark winter’s night whilst the store was closed. We managed to coat the roller shutter in a durable industrial paint system in Screwfix’s signature blue to aesthetically complement the rest of of the works that have been ongoing at the Stadium Way development.
